Ok, rarely has a story been more appropriate for this site than this one. I’m sure that both of my loyal readers will agree. Apparently sperm whales offset their carbon footprint by defecating.

From the reputation that Fox News has for being ultra conservative I would have expected them to be saying everyone should rush out and buy one of these things right away. Actually it appears to be the opposite though, they don’t appear to be considering the self defense aspects of these things at all or even the hunting possibilities. What’s next gun control? I actually am a bit afraid of these things though.

Get the full story at gizmag. Use the big blue glass thingy (which runs on solar?) to extract hydrogen from ordinary water and put it into the battery looking things. Then put the battery things into the charger thingy and charge your portable devices with it. Now we just need to find a personal one of these to go with it.
